Visit Takumen for its special Year of the Dragon-themed chashu pork appetizer during Lunar New Year. The dish includes torched chashu pork with a soft-boiled Ajitama egg, scallions and hot spicy sauce. This menu will be served only during dinner hours February 1-4.
